Sale Contract Validity, Product and Pricing
These terms govern purchases from our online store. Prices are displayed beside each item, with an additional charge for delivery based on the buyer's location and chosen shipping method, shown at checkout. Product specifics are available near each item in the store.
Ordering Process
To place an order, add items to your cart, fill in required information, and select a preferred shipping method. The final price, including shipping, will appear on-screen, payable via Stripe Inc's methods like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, or Apple Pay. Personal data required for payment processing will be securely handled.
If an item is out of stock or cannot be delivered for any reason, we'll inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund, including shipping costs, within 14 days of the notice.
Withdrawal Rights
Customers have 30 days to withdraw from their purchase contract after receipt, provided they haven't used the product beyond what's necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning – similar to testing in a physical store. This withdrawal right does not apply to custom-made items or those with personal customization like monograms.
If the item shows signs of use or wear beyond necessary testing, we may reduce the refund amount. The product must be returned within 30 days of declaring withdrawal, or proof must be provided of having sent it back within this time frame.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, though we may withhold refunds until the item is received or proof of return is provided. If a more expensive shipping method than our standard offering was chosen, we're not responsible for the extra cost.
We reserve the right to cancel a sale and request a return if the online price is significantly lower than the market value due to an error.
Defective Goods
We're accountable for any non-compliance or pre-existing defects in the products at the time of delivery, assumed within two weeks of receipt. Defect reports can be made via email within this timeframe. We're not liable for issues arising post-delivery.
For defective items under our responsibility, we'll either repair, replace, or refund. Complaint responses will be provided in writing or a format allowing written reproduction within 15 days.
Liability for Damage
We're not liable for any damage or injury caused by using our products. Use them carefully.
Optional Third-Party Tools
We offer access to third-party tools without warranties or liability. Their use is at your risk and discretion. Familiarize yourself with their terms before use. We might add new features or services in the future, subject to these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Complaints about our store must be emailed for resolution. If unresolved, the buyer can approach the Consumer Dispute Committee or European Union dispute resolution bodies for free assistance in contract disputes with our store.
