RETURN POLICY
Based on Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and Council from 20 May 1997, which focuses on consumer protection in distance contracts, buyers are not entitled to cancel contracts for goods that are custom-made according to their specific instructions or distinctly personalized.
The product you purchased from our online store was tailor-made according to your specifications. Therefore, we only accept returns if the product is defective, doesn’t meet your specified requirements, or was damaged in transit.
We cannot issue refunds for products returned without a legitimate reason, or if you return the product without first discussing it with us.
If we accept a return, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging when you return it. Label the package as “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid any confusion.
